All training programs are customized based on a complete understanding of your organization’s core values, corporate culture, leadership values and key performance criteria. We also get to know the specific challenges, competency gaps and development needs your employees are faced with.
We take the time to sit down with you until we have a complete picture of the exact needs and learning objectives of your group. In order to achieve this, we not only involve the HR people of your organization but also conduct interviews with the course participants, their subordinates, managers, co-workers, and even customers if required. When face-to-face interviews with the participants are not possible due to geographical distance, we will either carry out the interviews over the telephone or provide a detailed pre-course questionnaire.
We develop company specific case studies and exercises that support the training objectives and provide a stimulating and authentic environment of creative learning. Hands-on and action oriented learning are our key methods.
